We’re seeking startups with disruptive technologies that enhance sustainable, climate-smart farming solutions, improving farmers’ efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Startups in the pre-seed to seed stages with a prototype or MVP are eligible.

The AgLaunch365 Journey
Startups in the AgLaunch365 accelerator embark on a transformative, multi-phase program over two years. Here’s what to expect:
Business Development
Kickoff with an intensive six-week session focused on business development. Gain invaluable farmer insights and interact with industry leaders and investors to develop your value proposition, refine your go-to-market strategy and hone your fundraising approach.
Farm Trials
Post-accelerator, implement your farm trials with AgLaunch’s Farmer Network across five key regions: the Mid-South, Southern Appalachia, Southern Plains, Midwest, and Northwest. Work closely with farmers to test, refine, and perfect your technologies under actual farming conditions on real commercial operations
Equity Investment
Participants commit $100K in future equity (based on a $2M valuation cap or equivalent) to AgLaunch Farmers, LLC in exchange for our comprehensive services and participation in farm trials. The typical instrument is a post-money Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) for both cash and in-kind investments.
The Selection Process

Pitch and interview with our farmer selection committee to move forward to the in-person AgLaunch365 Challenge.
Compete at the in-person Challenge to participate in the AgLaunch365 experience. During the Challenge, you will receive business coaching and support services to refine your startup’s value proposition and prepare to pitch to farmers and ag tech investors to win a seat in the AgLaunch365 experience.
The Experience
Through virtual and in-person sessions, spend six-weeks accelerating your ag and farm knowledge about launching a start-up in the ag industry, including funding opportunities, go-to-market coaching and strategies, and farm trial design.
Work directly with farmers for up to two years and have exclusive access to farmer input and feedback. Cost-share opportunities are available to offset expenses of farm trials.
Receive on-going regular coaching from the AgLaunch team, mentors, investors, and farmers to aid with any part of your agtech business.
