Within the AgLaunch365 process, AgLaunch offers a comprehensive, national mentorship network designed to support and meet the needs of agtech startups as they complete the accelerator and executive field trials. Our mentors possess a wide range of expertise, covering everything from marketing to intellectual property, to ensure the success of new ventures. We’ve developed a program tailored to assist a diverse array of agtech startups in navigating the challenges of the industry.

Our farm-centric model powers the success of the AgLaunch Mentor Network, which helps agtech startups scale their businesses. This network is composed of university and business leaders, agricultural industry experts, startup founders, and farmers. Mentors provide one-on-one coaching, conduct training sessions, and offer invaluable feedback during AgLaunch programming. They guide startups through essential topics such as go-to-market strategies, regulatory compliance, fundraising, investor presentations, intellectual property, and more.

AgLaunch Mentor Pro is an advanced extension of our mentor network, specifically designed to offer technical assistance to high-potential startups. This program pairs startups with mentors who have specialized skills and expertise. These mentors, who become consultants, provide targeted services and technical support, with compensation provided through a cost-sharing arrangement between the start-up and AgLaunch. Mentor Pro is focused on helping startups achieve profitability and long-term success.
